Child Safety Standards

1. Zero-tolerance policy

KikkTop has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, account or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children is prohibited and will be removed, and the accounts involved will be acted on.

2. Prohibited content and behaviour

• Creating, sharing, requesting, storing or linking to child sexual abuse material, including drawn, AI-generated or edited imagery.
• Sexualising minors in posts, reels, Sparks, comments, messages, live streams or profiles.
• Grooming: building contact with a minor in order to sexually abuse or exploit them.
• Sextortion, or threatening a minor to obtain images, money or contact.
• Child trafficking or advertising minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing links, groups or contacts that lead to such material or activity.

3. How to report

• In the app: tap the menu on any post, reel or comment and choose Report. Reports are anonymous to the person reported.
• You can also block or restrict an account at any time.
• By email: write to support@kikktop.com with the link or username and a short description. Do not attach or forward abusive images.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police straight away.

4. Review, moderation and enforcement

Reports go to the KikkTop safety team's review queue. Reports involving children are treated as the highest priority. The team reviews the reported content and account against these standards and our Community Guidelines.

5. Content removal and account suspension

Content that breaks these standards is removed. Accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation are permanently suspended and may be prevented from creating new accounts. Relevant information may be preserved where the law requires it, to support investigations.

6. Reporting to authorities

Where legally required, KikkTop reports apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the relevant authorities. This includes the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and in India the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and law enforcement under the POCSO Act and the IT Rules. We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
